Crispy air-fried chicken wings are tossed in a buttery Level Exxtreme glaze with lime and curry leaves.

Ingredients

  • For the Chicken Wings 1kg chicken wings, split into drumettes and wingettes | 1 tbsp Level Exxtreme Hot Sauce | 1 tbsp olive oil | 1 tsp garlic powder | 1 tsp onion powder | 1 tsp smoked paprika | 1 tsp dried oregano | 1 tsp dried thyme | ½ tsp black pepper | ½ tsp sea salt | 1 tsp baking powder (aluminium-free, for extra crispiness)
  • For the Level Exxtreme Butter Glaze 30g unsalted butter, melted | 2 tbsp Miris by Islandmom Level Exxtreme Hot Sauce | 1 tsp fresh lime juice | 1 tsp finely chopped curry leaf

Method

  1. Season the Wings

Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. In a large bowl, combine the wings with the olive oil, Level Exxtreme Hot Sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme, black pepper, salt, and baking powder. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.

  2. Air Fry

Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (390°F).

Arrange the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded.

Air fry for 22–25 minutes, turning the wings halfway through, until they are golden brown, crispy, and cooked through.

  3. Prepare the Butter Glaze

While the wings are cooking, combine the melted butter, Level Exxtreme Hot Sauce, lime juice, and chopped curry leaf in a small bowl. Stir until smooth.

  4. Toss & Serve

Transfer the hot wings to a large bowl and immediately toss them in the Level Exxtreme butter glaze until evenly coated.

Serve immediately while hot and crispy.
