Ingredients

  • For the Hummus 2 cups cooked chickpeas (or 1 x 400g can, drained and rinsed) | ¼ cup tahini | 2 tbsp NaiMiris Chili Jam | 2 cloves garlic | Juice of 1 lemon | 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil | ½ tsp ground cumin | ½ tsp sea salt | 2–3 tbsp chilled water (as needed for a creamy texture)
  • For Garnishing 1 tbsp NaiMiris Chili Jam | Extra virgin olive oil | Toasted sesame seeds | Fresh parsley or coriander, chopped | Smoked paprika (optional)

Method

  1. Blend the Hummus

In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, salt, and 2 tablespoons of NaiMiris Chili Jam.

  2. Create a Smooth Texture
