Ingredients

  • For the Protein 300g skinless chicken breast | 2 tbsp Level Exxtreme Hot Sauce | 1 tsp olive oil | 1 tsp garlic powder/ 1tsp garlic paste | ½ tsp black pepper | ½ tsp sea salt
  • For the Power Bowl 1 cup cooked brown rice or quinoa | 1 cup steamed broccoli florets | ½ avocado, sliced | ½ cup cucumber, sliced | ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved | 2 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped | Lime wedges

Method

  1. Marinate the Chicken

    Combine the chicken with Level Exxtreme Hot Sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Marinate for 20–30 minutes.

  2. Cook the Chicken

    Grill or pan-sear over medium-high heat for 5–6 minutes per side, or until fully cooked. Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

  3. Prepare the Bowl

    Arrange the cooked brown rice (or quinoa) in serving bowls. Add the steamed broccoli, cucumber, cherry tomatoes and avocado.

  4. Assemble

    Top with the sliced grilled chicken.

    Mix the Greek yogurt with Level Exxtreme Hot Sauce and lime juice to create a creamy, high-protein dressing, then drizzle over the bowl.
