A quick, fiery take on Sri Lankan lunu miris, made with red onion, lime, and Miris Level Exxtreme.
Ingredients
- 2-4 tbsp Miris by Islandmom Level Exxtreme Hot Sauce
- 1 large red onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Maldive fish flakes (optional)
- Juice of 1 lime
- ½ tsp sea salt (adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh coriander (optional)
Method

Finely chop the red onion and place it in a mixing bowl.

Add the Level Exxtreme Hot Sauce, lime juice, Maldive fish flakes (if using) and salt.
