NaiMiris Chili Jam, soy, sesame, ginger, and lime make a quick sweet-spicy dip for dumplings and crispy snacks.
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Miris by Islandmom NaiMiris Chili Jam
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, finely grated
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- 1 tbsp water (optional, to adjust consistency)
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
- 1 spring onion, finely sliced
Method

In a small bowl, combine the NaiMiris Chili Jam, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and lime juice.

Add the grated ginger and minced garlic, stirring until well incorporated.

If a thinner dipping sauce is preferred, add 1 tablespoon of water and mix well.
